Does the job you wont find if are not looking for it.
I had some scratch on my front bumper. The service center said the only option is to replace and pay about 900 bucks for this. Well this seemed like worth a try. It was easy to use based on the directions given and works well. If you look from a distance you wont find any difference but if you look closely and you can find some difference. There wasn't an option to give 4.5 or 4.8 stars or I would have given that. But whenever I look at my car it feels good as I can't notice the scratches.

Worked on my White BMW X3
I scraped the side of my garage pulling out so I purchased this to touch up the scratches. It is a multi-step kit and you need to spend some time to get it right. In the end, the color matched better than I imagined and I have way more left over than I thought and in retrospect I should have ordered the smaller size. My issues were that being in Florida it took much longer to dry than stated so it was hard to buff out the excess without making a mess. It did a great job on the scratches in the plastic, but not as well in the deeper metal ones. Overall I was happy with the turn out and may go for a second application.

Condition of package on delivery
The package was partially crushed. The box appeared to have been opened - silver seal between the box and its lid was not in place- prior to delivery. Otherwise it all seems to Beas promised.

Color match is not exact, and difficult to level
I have BMW with B39 - Mineral Grey Metalic. The retouch color is much darker than the car paint. The instructions lead you to believe that if you simply wipe with their solution after it is applied, that it will level with the rest of the paint. I wiped and wiped and wiped. Then I pulled out the buffer, and after about 15min of buffing, I was able to level the paint. It looks better than it did with the scratches, but I notice them every time I get into the car.

Pas la bonne couleur
La boîte est complète et bien équipée, par contre ce n'est pas la même couleur que ma moto BMW F800GS couleur Kalamata. Leur kalamata est plus clair et même après m'y être repris à 4 fois, l'application s'avère assez compliquée et ne tient pas, la peinture s'effrite au bout de quelques jours. Du coup ma moto a les même rayures

Speravo di trovare un prodotto che potesse realmente risolvere il problema delle piccole righe. Il kit è molto ricco e le spiegazioni sono chiare, purtroppo il prodotto, pur avendo il colore coincidente con quello della vettura su cui dovevo applicarlo, risulta poi essere molto piu scuro e tendente al nero e non al blu metallizzato della macchina. il risultato non è pertanto soddisfacente.

Works as advertised, but...
If your paint chip is really deep, like mine was (see photos) you will need to apply multiple coats to get the touch up paint to be above your car's paint. Then use provided utensils to polish off extra to level the chipped area with your car's paint and voila! I've never had this kind of success with other products. Remember, touch up paint needs to be on same level with your car's paint otherwise it will be an obvious repair.

Lower your expectation, and accept the imperfection.
Personal opinion: If you need a perfect result, don't buy this, go to a body shop, there is no perfect solution without sanding, filling, using computer matched paint and spaying for several layers. If you're looking for a solution to cover the small damage, this kit is very good, it provides you with everything you need to do it back home, include the cleaning solution, touching up paint and the paste for final buffering. I had no experience in doing touch-up paint, but still managed to achieved the result I'm satisfied with (with really LOW expectation). I didn't do sanding first, because I don't want to cause more damage to the paint, instead, I applied few layers (wait for 10 minutes between each), then use the paste in the kit to buffer it out. In the instruction, they did say if your car is very new, the color is likely mismatched (the paint is more likely made for aged paint), which is my case, you can definitely tell it's "too white" in certain angle, but it's barely visible from few feet away, and most importantly, it covers the metal and prevents the further rusting, I'm satisfied with the result.

Accurate representation of a good product
For context I had about a 15cm long deep scratch that clearly showed the metal. In my experience, this product worked to my expectations based on the description of the product. Needless to say it does require a minimum amount of skill and patience. The colour out of the box is a 99% match. In my experience with this product it dried a slightly darker blue when applied too thick. This was easily removed using the solution included. Please see the before and after photos attached. I can no longer feel the scratch with my finger and it has been adequately repaired. Finally, I would recommend this product for the application stated above. However, if you have not done paint repairs before, limit your expectations. Thank you guys for the quick delivery and exceptional product.

Extremely close match to original paint.
I like that it arrived 6 days early. The paint is extremely close to original paint on my car. I like the extra items that came in the box, but I would like the option to buy the touch paint alone. I will definitely buy again once this one runs out. As you can see in the pic I only used a small amount. A second drop might get rid of the small divot completely. I touched up several other scratches and nicks, but didn't take pictures.
